This position reports to the Chief Marketing Office (CMO )

Responsibilities include:

Manage the Libricon Solutions portfolio of opportunities including identification, assessment and qualification of business leads; cultivation of potential clients; preparation of business proposals; and moving deals to closure.
Develop a thorough understanding of and manage information on all of Libricon Solutions’ professional services, including strategic consultation; digital assessment and planning; online outreach and engagement; integrated online and on-the-ground campaigns; technical development of websites, social, and mobile applications; data management and relationship management systems integrations; and user experience creative design.
Position Libricon Solutions’ professional services as solutions for clients and prospective clients by connecting our work to the mission and structure of their organization. This includes communicating the Libricon Solutions service offerings in terms that will interest and engage different clients.
Develop and maintain the Libricon Solutions pipeline of sales opportunities and business development leads to track and forecast the value of work that can be pursued, reporting to the Client Services Director to coordinate capacity and capabilities fulfillment.
Review current portfolio of active clients and assist project managers with opportunities to expand the scope and value of ongoing work across projects.
Under the guidance of the CMO Prepare and deliver proposals in “Response to requests for proposals” (RFPs) or “Requests for information” (RFIs).
Under the guidance of the CMO Prepare and deliver “Statements of work” (SoWs) for new opportunities.
Coordinate with the Operations Team in order to move new business through the contracting process and into development and implementation cycles.
Represent Libricon Solutions at professional development and networking events, looking for opportunities to build relationships with potential clients.
Support the Operations Team with a variety of marketing and communications initiatives; help identify topics for blog posts and email outreach; share recommendations for advertising and awareness building; and contribute to our brand recognition across the industry.
 

What You'll Need:

Previous marketing and/or sales experience or training in the similar work environment /experience
Prior success in building strong client relationships
Demonstrated ability to develop leads and close deals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and a solid business sense
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively
Understanding of online technology and digital strategies
Ability and willingness to work in fast-paced, demanding, and often changing environment
Ability and willingness to travel frequently for job-related activities
